Freetown Fashion Week (FFW) is the official fashion platform for Sierra Leonean fashion creatives, launched in February 2025 by the Honourable Minister Mrs. Nabeela Farida Tunis through the Ministry of Tourism and Cultural Affairs, Sierra Leone in partnership with Fashion Industry Insiders a leading fashion business with objective to grow sustainable value driven businesses that will tell a story of success and transformational change with the fashion industry and beyond. Designed to champion local fashion talent, FFW also welcomes designers and creatives from around the world, fostering global collaboration and cultural exchange within the fashion industry.

Freetown Fashion Week 2025 to celebrate Sierra Leone’s “roots and resilience”
“We are excited to bring this vision to life,” stated Edmond Kamara, founder of Fashion Industry Insiders. “Sierra Leone has a wealth of talent, and we want to provide the platform for these creative minds to be recognized worldwide.
