Islamabad Fashion Week (IFW), organized by Triple-E, has long been a hallmark of Pakistan’s evolving fashion scene. From 2007 to 2012, this grand event captivated audiences with stunning displays of traditional and contemporary designs, celebrating local and international talent.

Tariq Amin, who also serves as the creative head for the Karachi Fashion Week, is the creative head of IFW. The event aims to showcase Pakistan’s progressive fashion scene, particularly to a wider international audience, despite the conservative dress codes prevalent in much of the country.

The first Islamabad Fashion Week kicked off in 2010 at the Serena Hotel. Organized by Triple-E, this debut event was designed to highlight Pakistan’s rich fashion culture while inviting both local and global designers to present their work. As a diplomatic city, Islamabad was seen as the perfect platform to introduce Pakistan’s fashion to international forums.
