Moscow Fashion Week became a place of business meetings

Within Moscow Fashion Week, there will be shows by Russian and international designers, an international showroom, a market, an open lectorium, as well as the World Fashion Shorts festival.

The concept of Fashion Week in Moscow focused on the experience of the world’s fashion week in Paris, New York, London and Milan.

Moscow Fashion Week involves daily carrying designer fashion show, traditionally brings together journalists. In parallel, the designers present their collections in the exhibition showrooms. This form of presentation draws on the collections of weeks, hundreds of buyers and representatives of industrial companies – manufacturers of fabrics, accessories, and clothing. It became a place of business meetings.

Fashion Week has opened to the public the names of such talented designers as Igor Chapurin, Andrei Sharov, Tatyana Parfyonov, Victoria Andreyanova and others. The basis of the Week participants are members of the Russian Association of haute couture and ready-to-wear. They form at present face of Russian fashion, they determine what is a Russian school of design, their collections are presented in the most prestigious boutiques.
