Exhibition and Conference facilities at BIEC are first of its kind in India which offer services and amenities of the highest quality at par with international standards. This complex, created with only one purpose – to make it a preferred destination for international business exhibitions, trade fairs, congresses, international conferences, seminars and training programmes in India.
This multipurpose 34 acres beautifully landscaped complex has 40,000 sqm of covered column-less air-conditioned exhibition space (three exhibition halls), a multi-facility conference centre spread over 5,600 sqm including 4 Conference Halls, a Helipad, an Amphitheater, VIP Lounge, Food Court of 7500 sqm, a Machine Tool Training Centre, and large outdoor area. It also has an infrastructure to distribute 11 MW of power supply.
With the above facilities BIEC has already hosted an exhibition of over 1,10,000 sqm of exhibit area. It has been able to cater to well over 20,000 business visitors per day on several exhibition days.

Bombay Convention & Exhibition Centre (BCEC)
Bombay Convention & Exhibition Centre is the largest and permanent exhibition centre, in the private sector, in India and was set up in 1991. BEC has hosted several prestigious International trade fairs/exhibitions ever since.
The centre is ideally situated along the Western Express Highway in Goregaon, within 10 minutes from airports, walking distance to train stations and a 20 minute drive from the heart of the city . There are numerous hotels, entertainment activities, retail shopping & sightseeing spots in close proximity.
BEC consists of four halls occupying over 45,000 sq.mtrs of centrally air-conditioned space for conducting exhibitions. The halls are Wi-Fi enabled, have ample height, good lighting, well-designed ventilation and strong flooring to withstand even the heaviest machinery.

Chennai Trade Centre (CTC)
Tamilnadu has been fast emerging as one of the progressive state in the industrial map of India. Chennai the capital city has seen a dramatic rise in international business operations and Trade Promotion activities.
The Chennai Trade Centre is set up at a prime location in the Chennai metro at Nandambakkam, adjacent to St. Thomas Mount in an area of over25 acres of land with exhibition halls and support services. CTC has three halls – Hall No. 1 (4,400 sq. mtrs) Hall No. 2 (1, 760 sq.mtrs.) and Hall No.3 (4,400 sq.mtrs) with six meters height to display all merchandise including machinery. The Trade Centre is architecturally and technically designed to be a “state-of-the-art” Exhibition Complex. The Air – Conditioned halls with no intermittent pillars or columns, are eminently suitable for multi-purpose use of organizing exhibitions, conferences, conventions and conducting other trade, commerce and industry-related events. All the halls are inter-linked and Hall No. 3 is connected with convention centre.
