The S/S 2016 Show Schedule Released
Copenhagen Fashion Week has just released the show schedule for the upcoming SS16 fashion week. The fashion week will present 30 shows this time around including well-known Danish show brands as well as an interesting mix of debutants and foreign brands.
The Danish brand Lovechild 1979 has the honour of opening fashion week with the official opening show, which takes place Wednesday, 5 August at 13:00. The Copenhagen based brand, which debuted on the show schedule last year, has now been selected for Copenhagen Fashion Week’s “ON schedule”.
Amongst the show debutants you will find Saks Potts and T.A.C. and Copenhagen Fashion Week can also bid welcome to the German brand Lala Berlin, a Berlin Fashion Week regular since 2006, that has now chosen the Copenhagen show scene for the first time.

Official Opening Show: Lovechild 1979
The Danish brand Lovechild 1979 has the honour of opening fashion week. The Copenhagen based brand, which debuted on the show schedule last year, has now been selected for Copenhagen Fashion Week’s “ON schedule”.
Chief designer and owner of Lovechild 1979, Anne-Dorthe Larsen is thrilled to be opening fashion week; “I am very grateful for the recognition that comes with opening fashion week. Our latest collections have been very positively received and I feel that Lovechild can contribute with something new to the Danish fashion week.”
The official opening show takes place Wednesday, 5 August at 13.00 at City Hall, Copenhagen Fashion Week’s official show venue.
