ITMA – World’s largest international textile and garment machinery show
ITMA, the world’s largest international textile and garment machinery show, is recognised as the ‘Olympics’ of the textile and garment machinery industry. Held every four years at different venues across Europe, it is owned by CEMATEX, the European textile machinery manufacturers association. ITMA 2015 will be held at the Fiera Milano
Rho, Milan, Italy, from 12 to 19 November 2015.
ITMA 2015 visitors will be able to learn about the latest research and development projects from 43 presenters from 8 countries at the Speakers Platform. The platform has been created to enable research and education institutes to present their project results and new technology for the textile industry in concise 20-minute slots.
Innovation has always been an integral part of ITMA’s DNA. Since its inception in 1951, every ITMA exhibition has presented the latest manufacturing technology to textile and garment makers. In 2015, in line with industry trends and needs, the exhibition will spotlight innovations that promote sustainability.
